Tired of struggling to remember your passwords?

Can’t decipher your handwriting or which is the right password in your {very unsecure} password notebook?

There is a better way! Since October of 2007 (11+ years!) I have used Roboform* Password Manager, http://www.roboform.com/?affid=kkico.

>>> It is one tech tool I could not live without! <<<

Right now I have over 1,189+ passwords saved between my own personal ones, my families, my businesses and clients. I can’t even image how anyone else does it without a password management program.

Yes there are others like LastPass, KeePass and Dashlane but when I tried them after years of using Roboform (they started in 1997), it wasn’t as fluid or intuitive for me so I stuck with RF.

It remembers your passwords EVERYWHERE (PC, Mac, phone, tablet, or even USB drive) so you don’t have to! Just remember your one Master Password and RoboForm remembers the rest – it’s that easy!

You can also securely share your passwords with others (like ME) when you need help from others.

Plus it has a generator and a form filler that lets you fill out those long forms with a click of a button. This is great of ordering products, resume submissions and for online sweepstakes.

Just think of all the time you will save by not having to look through your paper notes, or doing the wack-a-mole of guessing the right username/password combination or having to do password resets.

It’s only $20 a year and soooo worth it. You can download a free version for just one computer from http://www.roboform.com/?affid=kkico. (Yes, this is my affiliate link.)

Later this year I’ll be doing a workshop on how to use it and best practices for organization. Comment below if you want me to let you know more and the date/time (once I set it).

Warmly,
Karissa

P.S. Here is some more info from http://www.roboform.com/password-manager to understand it better…

What is a password manager?

A password manager is software that helps you organize your logins and passwords, making your internet experience both easier and more secure. With a password manager, you’ll never need to remember or type your logins again.

Why do I need a password manager?

You should be using different secure passwords for all the websites you log into, or at least every website in which you store personal information. The challenge in doing this is that most people cannot remember more than three or four unique strong passwords.

The biggest risk in using the same password across multiple sites is that if one of them gets hacked, your other logins will be compromised as well. In the last year alone, there have been several high-profile data breaches which have resulted in millions of user accounts being exposed.

Using an established password manager like RoboForm allows you to generate unique and secure passwords for each of your logins, then save them so you don’t need to remember or type them again. Not only will you be keeping yourself safer online, but you’ll be taking the hassle out of logging into multiple sites. All you need to remember is your one Master Password!

How does RoboForm protect my master password?

Your Master Password is the one password you’ll need to create and remember as it encrypts and secures all your RoboForm information.

So how do we protect it? We never know it in the first place! Your Master Password is never stored on our servers and only you know it, so there is no way for it to be hacked or stolen by anyone else. Be sure that you don’t forget it!
